Any fault, repair or issue should be reported immediately to Islands & Highlands Lettings during office hours. If it is an emergency and is outside office hours, it should be reported to the appropriate body. Please see the table below for examples of emergency situations. Please note: if the emergency fault could have been dealt with during office hours and the contractor involved charges a call out fee, the tenant will be responsible for the cost. If the problem is found to be caused by the tenant, either directly or indirectly, the tenant will be responsible for the cost. The tenant must ensure that any contractor called out is suitably qualified to undertake the work needed.
